Oxfordshire Council Offices

The design and construction of a new state of the art building comprising a 25,000 sq ft three storey office facility for Oxfordshire County Council in Banbury with associated access, car parking, landscaping and site remediation.

This project was to amalgamate satellite offices into a common hub, including Social and Community Services for Children, Young People and Families.

Initially designed to achieve BREEAM Very Good the project went on to achieve an ‘Excellent’ rating. The M&E Design was a contributing factor along with minimising water consumption. This was achieved by integrating rain water harvesting, leak detection and water supply sanitary ware shut-off in periods of non-occupation.
