The bedrooms on the Maiden Lane elevation to the rear of the site have balconies overlooking the park.

“Maiden Lane was also instructed on a very tight construction programme - the commencement date being deferred further reducing the tender construction phase. B&K worked constructively with the client and design team on all of the emerging project constraints and challenges to give all parties the confidence to commit to the scheme. The site team were professional and diligent in their approach to the project and remained fully focused on delivery and quality control throughout the contract. We would have no reservations recommending B&K Building Services to any of our clients.”
